EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR AND CHAPLAIN
My name is Jeff Holton, and I have been with Anchor House since November 2022. I bring over 30 years of ministry experience to the team. My life journey has taken me across America, serving in a pastoral role in New York, Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, and now Florida at Anchor House. Since 2018, I am also a bi-vocational pastor at West Bradenton Southside Church in Bradenton.
My wife, Carrie, and I have been married for over 25 years and we have four children, Micaiah, Gabe, Simon-Charles, and Berea. We have two cats, Olaf, and Fire Paw and a dog, Luna.

Luke Evangelista
CHAPLAIN
Hello! My name is Luke Evangelista, and I have the privilege of serving as the chaplain at Anchor House. A little bit about me: I’m passionate about talking about the Bible, always ready to toss a frisbee, and incredibly excited to be part of the mission here at Anchor House.
In this role, I have the honor of providing support and care to international seafarers at SeaPort Manatee. Anchor House is a truly special place with a unique mission: to be the light of Christ to seafarers from around the globe by meeting their emotional, physical, and spiritual needs.
I’m thrilled to be part of this incredible work and invite you to partner with us as we continue to see God’s hand in this amazing mission. Together, we can make a difference in the lives of those who work tirelessly at sea.
