Mission Statement:
Meeting the spiritual, emotional, and physical needs of all international seafarers and the local SeaPort Manatee Community.

Anchor House reaches out to and serves both international seafarers and the SeaPort Manatee community in Palmetto, Florida. Inspired by the teachings of Jesus Christ, who instructed us to "go and make disciples of all the nations," (Matthew 28:19-20), we are committed to fulfilling this command by addressing the spiritual, emotional, and physical needs of our diverse community.

We take this mission serious and we strive to provide comprehensive support through spiritual and physical nourishment, ship visitation, worship services on ships, distribution of "ditty" bags, transportation for seafarers to acquire supplies, hospital visitation, and more.

Anchor House extends a range of services to the SeaPort Community, including:

• A tranquil center for rest.

• Transportation to nearby shopping areas.

• Package handling for seafarers.

• Worship services.

• Ship visits.

• Food and beverages for both seafarers and the SeaPort Community.
